Business details are being completed. The legal operator, ABN and provider responsible for your service must be identified before you agree to a paid engagement. A subcontractor arrangement does not establish the registration of this website name.
Coordination is discussed through agreed subcontractor arrangements across Greater Sydney. Ask who will contract with you, deliver the work, invoice, handle records and respond to complaints. The website does not take payments or accept service agreements.
Ask about the proposed arrangement →Scope, costs and your decision
Understand the proposal
Confirm the responsible provider, scope and relevant skills.
Check the full cost
Clarify fees, travel, cancellations, notice and exit terms.
Decide at your pace
Ask questions and keep a copy of anything you agree.
An enquiry or summary does not book an appointment, commit you to a service or authorise a funding claim. Suitability, availability, funding arrangements and any required registration must be checked for your situation. No funding or plan outcome is guaranteed.
You retain your consumer rights. Before work starts, ask for accessible written information about the services, full proposed charges and how to vary or end the arrangement.
Prepare questions about agreements and costs →Choice, consent and conflicts of interest
Your preferences guide the discussion. You may involve a trusted supporter or advocate, ask for communication adjustments and compare other providers. Ask about any business or financial relationship behind a recommendation and request alternatives.
Actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest should be disclosed and managed with the responsible provider before a referral or engagement. Ask how the arrangement will protect your choice and how any conflict will be reviewed.
A website summary is permission to handle that enquiry only. It is not authority to access your plan, contact other providers, share records with a support team or make decisions for you. Any wider consent or representative authority must be agreed separately.

Feedback, complaints and independent help
You may raise a concern without fear of unfair treatment. You may ask a trusted person or independent advocate to support you and may give feedback anonymously. You do not have to complain to us before contacting the NDIS Commission.
- Use the feedback form. Describe the issue briefly and what you would like changed.
- The enquiry team reviews the concern, clarifies responsibilities with the relevant provider and discusses the next steps and a response timeframe when contact details are supplied.
- If unresolved, ask for further review or use the independent pathway appropriate to the concern.
The NDIS Commission handles concerns about the quality and safety of NDIS providers and workers. A review of an NDIA decision follows a different pathway; see official review and complaint routes.
For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 000. Website enquiries are not monitored as an emergency service.
