Clearer choices.
A more connected
way forward.

Compas Care Coordination is built around a simple idea: coordination should make support more understandable, more connected and more responsive to the person receiving it.

Illustrative planning conversation in a community setting

Start with the person.
Keep the connection.

Every person brings their own routines, strengths, preferences and priorities. We begin with those, then work through the questions, people and arrangements that need attention.

Our approach combines clear explanations, practical next actions and respect for participant choice. You can ask questions, compare options and choose who you want involved.

What guides
the work.

A consistent approach across the conversations that make up support coordination.

01

Listen first

Understand everyday life and what the person wants to make easier.

02

Explain clearly

Make options and responsibilities understandable before a decision is made.

03

Respect choice

Keep preferences, consent and the ability to compare alternatives central.

04

Follow the next step

Agree who will take each action and when progress will be discussed.

How subcontractor arrangements workUnderstand responsibilities and the questions to settle first.

Subcontractor delivery.
Clear responsibilities.

Coordination can be delivered under agreed subcontractor arrangements with support providers. Before work begins, we clarify the lead provider, the coordination scope and the responsibilities of each party.

The service agreement, invoicing, consent, communication and complaints pathway must be clear to the participant. A subcontractor arrangement does not change the participant’s right to ask questions or make choices.

This website does not claim NDIS registration, NDIA affiliation or a guaranteed funding outcome. Specific provider arrangements, relevant checks and fees are confirmed before engagement.
